What type of compensation plan does Magic Power Coffee have?
Magic Power Coffee offers one of the most rewarding compensation plans in direct selling. Our plan is based on a 3 x 9 matrix model, which means that you will be compensated based on successfully building three teams. Magic Power Coffee’s compensation plan also offers several ways to earn income, including retail sales, matrix commissions, check matching, bonus pools and more.

By personally building a strong sales organization and working with those in your organization to do the same, you will not only be leveraging the efforts of many, but you may also begin earning income from the efforts of many. With Magic Power Coffee, you are in control of your success.
How and When are Associates Paid their Commissions?
Commissions and bonuses are paid monthly. Commissions are paid on or before the 10th of the month for the previous month sales volume. Associates may elect to receive commission payments by Check, through PayPal, or through bank wire.
a. Payment by Check. If an Associate chooses to receive commission payments by check, the minimum check is $10.00. A $1.50 check-processing fee will be charged for USA and Canadian residents. A $5.00 check processing fee will be charged for International Associates. Therefore, if the Associate has selected a minimum of $10.00 and the commissions do not equal or exceed $11.50, the Company will accrue the commissions until they total $11.50 and a check for $10.00 will be issued. Magic Power Coffee is not responsible for lost or stolen checks. Checks will be paid from our parent company, Power3Network, Inc.
b. PayPal. If an Associate chooses to receive his or her commission payments through PayPal, there will be a minimum $1.50 fee imposed and the Associate must accrue at least $11.50 in commissions before payment through PayPal will be made. If the Associate’s commissions do not equal or exceed $11.50, the Company will accrue the commissions until they total at least $11.50 and payment through PayPal will be made to the Associate. The $1.50 is applicable for all Associates; USA, Canada and International.
c. Bank Wire. If an Associate chooses the bank wire option, the minimum amount that the Company will wire is $100.00 and there is a flat $25.00 wire fee. If an Associate’s commissions do not equal or exceed $100.00, the Company will accrue the commissions until they total at least $100.00 and the bank wire will be made and the $25.00 wire fee deducted.
Do I earn commissions for purchases made at the COFFEE STORE?
YES. You earn commissions from the retail website for sales to Preferred Customers.

How does the Matrix automatically Fill?
Below is an example showing the progression of 12 people falling in your matrix. The spots can be filled either by personal enrollments or spill-over from above.
You will notice that after the first level (the first 3 spots in the matrix), the matrix does not fill left to right but evens out the placement of members as they fall. This is a very important concept to keep in mind while making your chart.
